If you ordered as a member

'My Account - My Refund Requests > You can create a record for your Return/Exchange transaction by following the 'Create New Return' steps.

• If you pay your order online, you must enter the name and surname of the payment card.
• For payment transactions at the door, you must follow the same steps and write the IBAN and the name and surname of the IBAN in the relevant field.
• You can view the stage of your return process in the My Return Requests section

If you ordered as a Guest without being a Member
 

‘Menu > Information > You can complete your transaction by following the Easy Return/Exchange steps and typing your order number, e-mail address or phone number in the relevant field.

-You can inquire at what stage your return is by following the same steps.
